I see the change

It has been a while and the refreshing continues. It took me 14 days to see a positive change in my body. How long did it take you?

I am eating a healthy breakfast and drinking my green drink in the afternoon.
I must give you the recipe.

DAY 13 OF THE REFRESHING


Eat well, so that you can live a healthy life.
It's Day 13.... Hallelujah!
Are you feeling it yet? Can you feel the cleansing?
 
The next 2 days make meals from the recipes I have already posted.
Try to limit each item to a serving size.

***Always drink ACV/lemon juice.  It is super important!**

Get in 6-8 glasses of liquids daily. (Avoid sodas and fried foods.)
Exercise & Pray & Be inspired.

Today fix yourself a nutty drink. Get your blender/juicer out.


1. 1cup of water
2. 1 cup of mixed nut
3. 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
4. 1 yogurt 
5. 1tbsp of raisins
6. 1/2 banana 
7. 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Mix well and enjoy!

Day 12 of the 'Refreshing' Yeah!

It's Day 12 and you should be losing inches if you follow my plan or stick close to it.
Next I need you to decide what time of day you want to eat your heaviest meal.
**Sorry I don't count calories.*** I try only to eat natural food. I use serving sizes.

The next 3 days look at the meals and make your meals.
Try to limit each item to a serving size.

2. 1 stalk of celery
3. 1/2 apple
4. 1 cup broccoli/spinach
5. 1 clove of garlic
6. 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
7. 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Mix well and enjoy!

I'm losing inches in "The Refreshing.*

I am pleased with my progress so far. I am losing inches and I am happy about it.
Haven't been on the scale lately because I am not attached to my scale.
Feeling great is better than looking great and feeling sick.
I want to encourage you to try my way of eating and see if it works for you.
If you can't fast, reduce your caloric intake.
Start eating healthy foods.
Your temples deserves the best nutrition. Don't mess it up.

Day 11 "The Refreshing"

So the journey continues. and I am still excited. I hope that you are too.
As we journey there is a need for a rest period. You must assess that need now.
Today I suggest that you fast at least one meal but it is up to you.
If you can't have a healthy liquid shake
I will only post 2 meals today.

Don't Forget Your ACV

Breakfast

1. 2 boiled eggs
2. 1 slice of wheat toast drizzled with olive oil
3. 1 banana
4. 1 fresh orange
5.  1 cup of coffee or tea


Lunch/Dinner

1.1 broiled/baked piece of chicken
2. Veg soup
3. 1 bowl of garden salad.
