As we journey there is a need for a rest period. You must assess that need now.
Today I suggest that you fast at least one meal but it is up to you.
If you can't have a healthy liquid shake
I will only post 2 meals today.
Don't Forget Your ACV
Breakfast
1. 2 boiled eggs2. 1 slice of wheat toast drizzled with olive oil
3. 1 banana
4. 1 fresh orange
5. 1 cup of coffee or tea
Lunch/Dinner
1.1 broiled/baked piece of chicken2. Veg soup
3. 1 bowl of garden salad.
