Today fix yourself a nutty drink. Get your blender/juicer out.
1. 1cup of water
2. 1 cup of mixed nut
3. 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
4. 1 yogurt
5. 1tbsp of raisins
6. 1/2 banana
7. 1 tsp of honey (optional)
Mix well and enjoy!
